This group baby massage course creates a relaxed and inclusive environment, offering a wonderful chance to engage with other parents and strengthen the bond with your baby in a warm and inviting setting.
Whether you’re looking for relief from digestive issues like colic, easing growing pains, or want to deepen your bond with your little one, this course allows you to enhance your skills and confidence, gain practical knowledge and techniques while empowering yourself with a new lifelong skill, and experience long-term benefits for your child's emotional, physical, and mental well-being through a proven holistic approach.
This course spans five weeks with weekly classes. Each week focuses on teaching techniques for a different part of the body, allowing your baby to adapt to new sensory experiences and giving you the opportunity to practice the strokes at home. When you join a five-week Baby Massage course with Bump to Baby, you will explore:

Full Body Massage for Babies, including:
Legs & Feet
Arms & Hands
Stomach (including colic relief)
Chest
Face
Back

Additionally, you will cover theoretical topics such as:

Behavioral States
Benefits of Massage
Oils for Massage
Positioning
History of Infant Massage & IAIM
And more!

We will celebrate the end of the course with a morning or afternoon tea, providing you with an excellent opportunity to mingle, chat, and bond with fellow parents over a cup of tea or coffee and some tasty treats.
This is an informal and welcoming class for all parents and babies (from 4 weeks to pre-crawling); dolls can be provided for expectant parents or if your baby isn't feeling up to being massaged.
Each class is 60-90 minutes; please allow a little wiggle room as all classes are baby-led, so we run on baby time!
