Description

In this one-off session, we'll go over the 'fundamentals' of baby massage, such as asking permission, best behavioural states to massage in, what oils to use, and an introduction to massage strokes/techniques for general relaxation and bonding. The content for this class can be tailored to suit your needs. This session is 45-60 minutes - all classes are baby-led so we run on baby time!
Dolls are provided for expectant parents, or if your baby is not feeling up to being massaged.
All attendees will also receive a discount off the 5 Week Course, in which we would cover specific concerns/questions, such as colic, teething, growing pains, etc...
Available by appointment to all parents and caregivers, whether expectant or with a baby (4 weeks to pre-crawling).
*Please note minimum numbers apply. This course is charged on a 'per baby' basis, with at least one parent/caregiver per baby. There can be a maximum of 10 babies and their parents in a session; if there are more than 10 babies, separate sessions can be held (e.g. 10:30am and 12pm). Discounts available for groups of 6 babies or more.
